Event Description:

Two award-winning ghost walks with just enough spookiness to give you a shiver, are conducted at sunset by lantern light. ?Ghosts and Legends of Old Bayfield? is the original walk. ?More Ghosts and Legends? is an equally intriguing and spine tingling walk. Both walks feature tales of hauntings by Bayfield pioneer founders, Native American legends, shipwrecks, haunted islands, poltergeists and ?other-worldly? experiences. These walks are family-friendly and are enjoyed by guests of all ages. The two walks alternate throughout the season. Each walk is about an hour and 20 minutes and travels less than a mile. There are some hills and good shoes are recommended. We walk in all weather conditions.Meet your guide at 8:10 PM on the corner of Broad Street and Washington Avenue.

This walk repeats many days throughout the summer and thru October 18, 2014. The time of the walk changes with the earlier nightfall. This walk can also be scheduled as a private or group tour. See our website or call for details.

Fees/Admission:
Tickets purchased in advance are $14 ages 13 and up; $9 ages 7 to 12; age 6 and under are free. Tickets purchased from your guide are $15 ages 13 and up, $10 ages 7 to 12, and 6 and under are free. Purchase advance tickets from the Bayfield Chamber Visitor?s Center, Keeper of the Light, Old Rittenhouse Inn, Seagull Bay Motel and Winfield Inn. Call 715-779-0299 to arrange private or group walks.
