Spend a fun filled and adventurous week on Madeline Island learning from internationally acclaimed photographer, and social media maven, Hannah Stonehouse Hudson. Improve your photography skills and move from auto mode to manual, all while learning about the beauty, artisans, crafts people, and history of the Apostle Islands region.
Horses make for amazing moving subjects to learn shutter speed techniques. Fire from metal artists' torches demonstrate how to shoot in low light conditions. Sunset over beautiful Lake Superior offers an opportunity to shoot gorgeous colors. Learn while doing - there will never be a dull moment.
We'll spend the first 3 days exploring the Island and documenting its people and places, while at the same time learning about your camera. The last two days concentrate on digital workflow, light editing, and private one on one learning sessions with Hannah. Every day will be filled with fun in a supportive learning environment.
